OLD FLOOR - ITALY

KNIGHT WOOD are also agents for the Old Floor Italy,
who produce beautifully aged and modern wood flooring
from a base in the Veneto.

Three aged effects are produced by hand planning and
scraping. These are then finished with multiple coats of
varnish and a coat of wax to produce a beautiful aged
patina.

OLD FLOOr’s products are made in 15 and 20mm, 3 layer
engineered counterbalanced formats and are therefore
ideal for use with under floor heating. Floors are normally
supplied in mixed widths for authenticity.

The ageing technique is not just applied to oak but also
to European Walnut, Chestnut and Elm. The new ‘Thimos’
range is produced with a new extremely ecological ageing
process, using natural elements.

In addition, Old Floor also offer a range of unusual effects
applied to Oak and various exotic hardwoods such as
Maple, Wenge, Iroko & Acacia.
